hell of a morning... i just realized i'm not fit after all compared to my coach's brother.. sucks..
anyway it was to be expected since it's been quite a while since i finished my routine of jogging everyday. my tournament is next week, hopefully i will recover from the dreaded flu bug by this week. major prerations to be done. and alas , there si still the holiday homework to attend to. Come to think of it, holidays seem very short. =( attending a buddhist camp for 1 week too. there goes my holidays.

For the 2nd day of Langkawi , we went Island Hopping. It was quite party-ish seeing almost everyone in board shorts in the hotel lobby. After we had our breakfast, we set out and reached the jetty. The jetty was super cool, they had these boats with special names on them, there was super funny names too , but i cant reli recall any now except the ship called Jalur Gemilang, cause Sir showed me a pic of the ship he took in school. =) Anyways i didnt really take pics but luckily!! Dhiran was kinda hyper and he took quite a few .

If looks could kill....
All these pictures above juz shows the diff diff moods ppl have in the bus, its cool to see while some are always hyper-active like Zyang ! He was super super... Undescribable, but juz very funny in the process. but I cant believe i lost the pics of Zyang in the bus!! How careless of me...

I feel great tonight. Maybe because the two long hectic weeks of exams are finally
over or maybe because IFun is 3 days away or maybe because I just booked
myselfa date with Ipoh to attend a tournament or maybe because Party in the USA is
playing right now or maybe because well, i just feel really great!!

I just got quite an inspiration lately,I happen to listened to this CD called
the monk who sold his ferari. Well, my father hears these sorts of tapes
almost every morning to school.Anyway to keep it simple, I think i'm gonna
start this Dreams & Aspirations book. Sounds cheesy? I think so too. But i
think i just wanna see how it goes. And I'll let a few take a peek at i just for
kicks. Haha =).

Phew.. Taking a break from dreaded history... So many Khalifahs!!

Pei's party was awesome yesterday! although i woke up with cuts and bruises
everywhere. Was so fatigued this morning...Just kept going back to bed after 8.
Dont even know how to describe the things we did. Maybe one word can. Crazy!!
haha... And thanks to Colin for giving me the bruised ear...

Anyways i'm finally back to KL after being in Bkt Tinggi for quite some time. Sorry
New for missing your party ! I'm quite excited to go back to training. =) to see
what plans my coach concocted for me. Going to track this thursday too for
endurance training. Haha all steps in destroying Jeremy's unbeaten run next year
. hahaha its time for the older brother to catch up XD.

Today , after post mortem Jon Lee and I was singing this song.. And i guess when
they say the day is what you make of it, it is! Haha.

First. Mdm Mathews announced that it was a holiday tomorrow ! And then after i
went back to class, Cait was sitting at Sue Ping's place again,so i sat down at my
place, and i heard her singing -

Haha=) She always brings the smiles out of everyone. And that was probably the first
time i ever sang openly,so it was quite an awesome feeling .=) Except Jeremy sitting
there speechless..

Hmm. and during , Koe Shern made a card for Mdm Norhayati, Jamaliah and Zabedah
and passed it around to the whole class to sign.I really never thought he would do something as thoughtful as that.. Coming from a guy who's always making witty jokes during class. Not to mention angry stares and lectures from the very teacher he gave the cards too. Koe Shern surprised me today, i guess he's not what i thought he was. =)

The only catch so far was that i kinda messed up announcements .Again. Gah!! My
heart always misses a beat when i'm up there. Cursed podium!!

Then we reached almost the end of class. Bio. We did thies experiment on population simulation where we used coloured rocks instead of woodlices.That was quite fun too.
But the best part was Colin and I started this sort of Who wants to be a millionair game show,exactly like slumdog. With the accents and all. Hilarous i tell ya. Plus Jeremy
and Kenneth was sining some song wiht a super high and shrilly pitch. Laughing my
as off as Colin would say -.-

But the high eventually came to an end...

Only to rise up even higher again!!!

This time was during training. As usual we did some... some.. what do you call it in
English? I'll just call it as paces. So it was like slice cross, net cross , smash straight
and then LIFT to baseline. So suddenly coach called me over , and asked

"What if you are the opponent ,and every shot you hit , your opponent returns and returns.He never dies .

*nods*

'SO what will you say to yourself?"

" *thinks briefly* Dont give up?"

"okay correct but the main thing u would think is? When the opponent cannot die."

" Dont kill yourself?"

Hahaha... Super random... His cursing came out from now where man.. But later on i understood what he was trying to say. Which was you have to return every shot so that your opponent will say "fuck man , i better give up.."

HAHAHHAHA.... sorry if u guys dont get it. It's a but complicated =) Training was great today. Like what my coach always says "Small thing but big difference" =)

Phew, sometime life feels a blurr to make any sense but its great to know that
sometimes things happen and suddenly it all clears up again ,just like, a car
windscreen when its raining!

It's weird to see that the littlest things in life makes a big difference =)

After school it was back to my boring old routine, shower,rest, and exercise. SRE?

As my skip count reaches about 180, suddenly out of now where , this tiny yellow bird flew past me. Its very rare by the way =) to see probably a 2 bright yellow bird in KL. wow.. And i though it was the nicest moment of the hectic day. Prefect duties especially , they're killers.. And not to mention Monday meeting... Sorry BOD's of prefect!

And...When the Hell are they going to confirm us?!? Milking our efforts I tell ya...

Well, I guess thats life... sometimes the road is long and bumpy.. Ah well, time to study!!

Today was a awesome day thou, learnt alot. And... Jeremy!! You are equavalent to 50 boisterous men in a bar. In a good way +). Hilarous thou, some of the things you n your partner do.

hah... sports day is OVER!! No more 30 minute classes! i just felt the full effect of it during biology. Pure torture man... Lucky there was mentos to save me =)

Anyways the results for this years sports day!!! Blue wins again!!
I'm very proud of all the blue members. There's Only 1 word can deScribe them. AWESOME!

Unfortunately for me its been a down fall for my events.I was sick for high jump and had the flu for sports day... Freakin bad luck! but its my blame too, was 'nt resting enough and too much time on the computer. I will never repeat this agai.

And for 4*100 , we finally got silver medal after trying so hard for 3 consecutive years. I am really proud of all of the team -1st runner -Eric Low , 2nd Runner -Clement Sim - 3rd Runner -Lik Sheng . They did a great job, and next year , if they train hard, i believe we can get GOLD!!Good job guys!

Its Sunday and lying on my bed with my history textbook infront of me.The day is making even my dog feel lazy. He's lying down looking out the door right now. So i took out my readers digest and start digesting the articles in it. In it i found this story. Its a very funny 1 if u have the right perspective.

Most people know the tale of what God did on his first seven days, but what was the Devil up to in his first week?

In the beginning God created heaven and earth. And earth was without form and void.

And god made a circular light in the heavens and called ii The Sun. And God saw that light was good.

And the Devil made a smaller light , And he called it TV. and the devil saw that the light was bad.
ANd God made springs which came out of the ground,oozing fountains of pure fresh water. And God saw that water was good.
And the Devil invented fizzy drinks. And saw that fizzy drinks were bad.

And God said ,Let the earth bring forth vegetables ,and the herb of the field,that the children may grow up healthy and it was so.
And the Devil said,Let there be Deep-Fried Potatoes.(french fries)

And God said Let the waters bring forth 10,000 varieties of fish,that they ay provide sustanence for the children.
And Devil arranged that the fish be smothered in batter, deep fried and served with deep-fried potatoes. (fish and chips)

As it turns out Lin Dan won. Score was 21-19,21-12.

I think Chong Wei's play is still passive. And Lin Dan was superb! His attacks were fast and accurate.In the mens singles, Lin Dan showed to the world that he is the worlds best and he also proved that the world no. 1 ranking does not really say much. Credit to Chong Wei as he showed an imporved characted and a stronger mental strength this time around. He fought well point after point in the first set but it is hard to play Lin Dan who anticipates every move of his well. Lin Dan played lots of variety and he could easily up his pace to maintain a constant lead againts Chong Wei. Lin Dan beat Chong Wei 21-19, 21-12. Honestly I think Chong Wei needs to start winning important tournaments which Lin Dan plays just to prove a point.

AHHH...I like Fridays.. it feels like all your homework stress is momentarily lightened... i'll blog about my life in form 4. Right now there's only 3 subjects i'm having a lot of troubles in. Bio.. Chemistry especially is agonizing.. The stress almost makes u wanna go crazy..i need a very good holiday this year end..

These are the goals i made for form 4 -2009.

1. Get 3A's for the final term for 2008.

2.Understand Chemistry and bio..

phew again! after all the practice the day for our CNY Carolling finally arrived! we were all nervous and excited .specially New. He was the MC at my house and the way he talks is damn funny wei.. so first we had the lion dance. i was the tail.(not easy being a tail okay) but next time i wanna be the head. the whole day we did the sae routine ,which was lion dance, sing,monk's blessing ,photo session and eat their food. it was damn tiring. but it was all worth it in the end, at the last house the lion acted as a dog and chased his own tail and played sit too!! we need a video wei... AND we had a very hyper bus on the way back so weplayed the dare game. And New got his kiss on a cheek by Wendy. he was so excited after that he wanted to dare more girls. but too bad for him temple was right infront de. thats all for today ,pics will be added soon.

phew... Form 4 is really different wei... for 1 thing i can never sleep at 10 anymore. there's just too much work. But whats up in form 4 for me? here's a few pointers.

2008 ZOOMING AWAY......NEXT STOP 2009!!

hELLO 2009! long time since i posted but its life's been fast and exciting and time seems to just fly like a bullet train! and i didnt want to miss all the exciting things so i took a leave from posting but now i' back!! the first week fo 2009 was great. i was in Bkt Tinggi and the weather there was almost dreamy , u could lie on the road and just fall asleep... so u could expect in a weather like that ,mornings and evenings seem longer while the afternoons will just fly past.

So we went to this awesome place where it was very very misty! i felt like i was in The Fog

very very cool.then i went to ride a bike around that area! the road was very very muddy.( guess who's that??)

ridin a bike again was very scary at first like the dude in this pic. but after a while i got used to riding again and it became very very nice

ffirst of all my PMR results for 2008 was collected today at 11.08am. my results were
-6A'S ,B for Malay , D for chinese well overall i'm quite happy with it 'cept for my chinese. It took quite a while for me to get back my basics so i didnt do too well. However i'm glad that i got 6A's! my mom was freaked out and shocked when she got the results. She was like: this kind of guy also can get 6A's .pray to sky and land only get. : haha..well i think she was happy. i really like to thank my father and mother for this as they supported and pushed me all the way. Play dota for 1 hour also kena scold. but thank you mom and dad =). So after the members of TMIG went to sunway for celebrations. Wee Cherng got 6A's too, Steven got 7A's B for malay but A for chinese, Yon Shen got straight A's, JiaYi got 6 A's ,Sue Ping got 4A's (congrats to everyone).For sue ping ,you can do better next time=). Thanks for the christmas present too, all the way from US. Then at Sunway we went to a shop ,tried on some shirts and took pics .After all that we went to catch a movie called Yes Man.The main charachter basiclly had to say YEs to every request. In the end , he went bungee jumpin of a bridge,met a new girl, and even saved a guy who wanted to committ suicide. The movie was hilarous.So after a day of fun and excitment. We went back home ,happy and contented with our results . Thank you for readin.

Today, my cousins and i were playin cards in my house, when all of the sudden..... A wild boar was spotted... it was huge , with a pair mean tusks , solid body,and a pig full of fur. So who do we call?? Pig hunters! so they came in like 5 mins and hunted down the pig . In the end ,we scored! the hunt was over and the pig dead. In the afternoon, we brought them to see the farms nearby( farms is D backgrounds, standin with my mom). In the farm we found a small river so we jumped in it! Apparently them singaporeans are all city ppl.Then at night we played risk at the Gazebo. Owned the cousins! but they ganged against me and i lose that round T.T shouldnt LC them next time.(melissa is not very photogenic...)

last night of D2yC and everyone is getting hyper and tryin to know more about each other... So in the morning we had our photo session . our posse- other photo's are still in process so chill! after the photo session we had our dhamma quiz. the only thing i really remember was the X challenge. its like a task we have to do , adn it comes out randomly. so i came out and ppooom!!! X challenge! so every1 from a group had to do the london bridge untill every1 else get tired. last man standing wins! i volunteered to do it and it was harder than expected, Augustine hold the london bridge for damn long but in the end i won . but could't carry myself up in the end. damn tiring. then we had out last hymn singin session for the camp. we sung-

it was damn cool although ppl start at us wherever we went. haha!! so we reached there after a hundred stares and the telematch begun. first session we had the group activity.
1st we had to duckwalk to a bucket of milo and suck the bottle caps out! damn disgusting but fun!! while we were doing that the comitees poured flour at every1 of us! so we all turned old and had grey hair!! after that we had to pass water balloons to the last person while the last person has to catch it. CATCH*- last person have to throw the balloons to the catcher without looking! in the end we got 1st along with another group! for this we actually shud have got 2nd but we got lucky and one of their members accidentally threw the balloon forward instead of backwards!haha !
then next session we had the relay race . every group splitted into three teams . 1st( rat and elephant) 2 person has to carry the other to eat the apples hung on a goal post .*rule rat (the 1 being carried ,cannot touch the ground or use his hands. 2nd(iron man) 10 start jumps , run around circles, push ups, and lasty we have to blow 2 balloons until it bursts! haha! 3rd was bob the builder! they had to construct something with bottles! lasty was the group with the leftover team mates! its called shutttle cock ! so me and huilynn went for this. we had to do suicides ! it was easy and in the end our group got 2nd!! T-A-R-J-A-N-I!!! at the end we had to do something like the balloon activity in the 1 session but with blind folds. it was like this.
1 every was quietly passing the balloon. and the suddenly a water balloon bursts behinds me... i was like good someone drop a balloon. but then another came adnd suddenly the comiteess shouted WATER BALLOOON FIGHT!! wtf!! we were all still blindfolded cause at the start we were told not to open the blind folds ! and then some one purs a whole bucket at me! then we all suddenly realise... FIGHT BACK!! we all began to take out our blind folds and attk!!! but we still lost , every 1 was already wet. Good plan commitees. u finally beat us...

at night we had the candle night.. strangely there was a lot of Deva's around tonight at the bodhi tree. we had to keep quiet throughout the session. we walk around with a candle silently thinking bout our life or about the camp. after a few rounds. we went back to the hall. and every 1 sat silently...
then they asked us to relax and just close our eyes....
they told us to think bout our parents. how they were always there for us , to fetch us but we still never thank them. when was the last time we had dinner as a family. whenever u wanted to go sunway or midvvalley your mom fetches u... but u never thanked her and now u lost the chance. (this is when i thought ... wow he's right and i sayed to myself i will always be grateful for my parents..) right now every1 started crying de... including me. haha... the music they played also damn emo... u cant stop the tears even if u want to.. then they said how bout your father? whenever he comes home from work ,were u there to greet him?? or were u just busy in the computer? your father has been working all day , but has he ever bothered the family about his carreer? has he ever burdened u? but u didnt even greet him when he comes home... how it would touch his heart if u just asked: daddy? how was your work? (right now even more ppl starts cryin,damn music too emo) then they said if u missed your parents or wished u were more grateful ,just say in your heart..-daddy,mummy, i love u. lastly they showed us pictures of quake victims in china. how so many ppl never had the chance to see their loved ones or thank them again. right now i thought to myself that i will always be grateful for my parents ,forever...

then we had free time. we stayed up untill 2 am . first time commitees ever let us do that and we shared and gossiped. we played this game where each we point 1 person and that person has to answer 1 question from each of us. and we got to know a lot of gossip... hehehe...then we just played with the cams and did posses -

today we woke up late and had to rush into the cold water in the morning. so in the morning we ate breakfast and the 1 acticity up wad dhamma talk. The speaker was brother Jeff Oliver . He's from australia and wasbeen a monk for 8 years. but he still has an accent wei...anyway In his talk he taught us how to meditate and to gain awareness of the mind. it was hard to stay awake during meditation but after a while if u did it correctly u will really feel more calm and aware. then we had workshop by one of the comittees. She taught us how to set a goal and stuff but its all a blurr right now.. right now in the camp every1's tryin to rush to prepare for the talentime. Talentime is where each group creates an ect of their own. Its very important cause we get a lot of points from there. so OUR'S was titiled bullies. have a bit of star war's and matrix in it.haha... my group was really helpful and we got to finish everything in time. So then there was the dhamma talk again , the speaker was asian this time but he was hilarous.... ask us why and we'll sing u the song he sung. haha.. after dinner , we made our last minur props and as soon as i knew it, we were already acting on the stage. it didnt turn out well thou, narrator missed a scene and everything went off. oh wells i think my group did pretty well.. haha.. thats all we did for today.

HELo!! 2nd day of the D2YC camp 2008. For the morning we did puja which means payin respects to the buddha. i'll just explain the routines of the camp first so i dont have to keep repeatin it over and over.First routines is lights off at 11. (but we still talk in the dark).then wake up time at 6 and puja at 6.30.morning exercise- And every time before and after meal we have to say a things like this(I TAKE THIS FOOD,NOT FOR BEAUTY OR PLEASURE BUT FOR THE SUSTANENCE OF MY BODY,WITH THIS FOOD I RELEASE MYSELF FROM D SUFFERING OF HUNGER FOR A WHILE. AND MAY THE TRIPLE GEM, THE SOURCE OF INSPIRATION , BE OUR GUIDING LINE. SADU *3( sadu means thank you or excellent). sound a chore to do that every day but it really calms your mind and u learn to appreciatte your food . and 1 last routine... VEGETARIAN FOR THE WHOLE 5 DAYS!!! but thats not that bad too... the purpose of eatin only vegetarian was to follow the 5 precepts in buddhism which is-
1.do not lie
2.-do not steal
3.no sexual misconduct
4. do not kill or harm living things
5. do not take intoxicating liquids like drugs ,etc.
yea so thats the protocall every day. Today the first event up was temple tour. We were suppose to go to our respective places and complete a task then at last we had to learn the history of the places in the temple.Then we had a workshop. but i forgotten it de. so cant write bout it untill it comes back. during the afternoon we had our first hymn singing session. personally i like hymn singing the best. its basically singin dhamma songs but dont be fooled its too very modern. thats wat surprised me too last year. I like hymn singin cause of 3 reasons .
1 WE GET TO SING OUT HEARS OUT WITHOUT A CARE!!!
2. The songs are touching and moving yet still fun. We also get to put our hand on each other's shoulders and just sway away... everyone is also very nice , we get to share with ppl we never met before 2 and i really loved that the most. sharin...
3. everyone will just goof around without a care during this sessions we get thing like human trains and mexican waves.this is one of the songs we sung then after that we had the dhamma talk . that part we got a really interesting task. its started out as the person splitiing us into ppl who will succeed and stuff. so he made a goal called touch ceilling. the idea is simple just touch the ceilling. the celling was at least 3 persons height . we had 5 sessions to touch the celling. first we got into groups of 4. we brainstormed and tried but still couldnt touch the celling. We found out that we had not enuf man power so we merged with another group.the othere group too followed. and in the end we TOUCHED the ceilling!!! it was really fun...lucky the dhamma speaker was a very competitive person so we kept competting against each other for every task during the talk. So we had dinner and went to bed at 9.30.

haha... so the theme for this year's camp was Do SOMETHING! So opening ceremony commenced at 6 in the evening and after the usual talks , we began the adventure of our own. First we got put into groups . i was randomed into group TARJANI. And strangely enought i got chosen as the leader. it could be because i intro myself as brad pitt and that eased the tension in the group.Ice breakinn was second and no... it isnt where we take ice blocks out and break them. its actually games where u get to know people you never met before easier.its purpose is to ease the awkward tension u get when u meet new ppl.So There was the game called fire , squirrel tree that was the best part of ice breakin. Met a few new people. and went to bed at 11 with melvyn(wms)

Hey all, today i'm going up to my weekend house again. But before that i went to pierce my ear. haha. As advised from the model in the TMIG gang i pierced my right year. It was scary at 1, but actually not pain de. Again she was right, the pain was nothing at all. Lucky got model in our gang. haha. So after that we reached the weekend house at around 4, then we saw a carnival!! we went to the carnival at night but it was just a food carnival no games and no clowns!!! wth man no clowns... but its like the biggest thing in the whole town , bukit tinggi first carnival .besides that ,there's nothing else to do 'cept relax ,so we went there around 9.The highlights of the carnival A pinneaple shaped plant thingyThe Carnival!We hung around for like 15 mins hen we left.2 words. small carnival.
after that we went home and i managed to get a video of the talking bird for u guys. here

hey , sorry everyone for not updating my blog even thought its new. Its been a tough week for me at training lately. Losing to players who are lower standards and getting your ass whopped by better players. So i'm deciding take a break for badminton for a month. Hopefully, i'll be well rested and inspiration for me to train harder will come by. That's basically my story.But amidst the clouds i manage to found a silver lining. i was bored at home and suddenly out of now where my dad calls me out . I didnt feel excited as he calls us out often enough ,but once i stepped out of my house i saw a Myna Bird. For all of you who doesnt know what a Myna is. Its this

its also a talking bird. We first got to know it at a pet shop we usually go to in bentong, the same bird is kept there. The bird in the shop knows how to say things like. (Hello?) and another hello higher pitch. And it even knows malay words like Lawarnya!. Doesnt really sound cool but when u see a real life talking bird in front of u ,you;ll be amazed. The bird we have imitate car horn sounds , cat calls, whistles and can even speak a cantonese sentence (mou tong gai ah?) which means didnt kill chicken ah?,cool right? probably his previos owner was a chicken killer or KFC farm worker. But most of the form 3's are born in the year of the chicken!! so watch out man... later his owner come for revenge,he'll find me 1!!the come for u guys... Also at night my dog,Leon slept stole my bed...

hey all ! today's my first post for my new blog transformations. i just started it recently and mainly i like to thank my friend ,Sue Ping for it. without her this blog would never existed. Anyways today was the time of day when my family and i were up at Bukit Tinggi . Here's an idea of how our house look like.

However its not what it seems. Up there we have no internet,no phone line, almost no reception, and a beaten up computer which can barely support the game pinball. So yea we live that every weekend and most of the holidays.but believe me we never get bored. this morning we went cycling around the housing area. houses there cost about 2million minimum .Its a long and scenic road but very excruating ,took me about a year to complete the whole track without panting.
